How to process your documents

Due to the urgency of submitting your application to the Government for pre-approval before the rebate ends you must ACT NOW to return your documents to us. You will need the following documentation to be sent with your application. If you do not submit all documentation it will result in your application being refused by the Government. The documents you need to send us are:

1. A copy of your driving licence (front and back)
2. A copy of your rates notice
3. A copy of your Electricity bill (front and back)

There are 4 ways in which you can send your documents to us for completion of your application.

1. Bring your documents directly to us at one of our following office locations.                                 2/64 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay  NSW 2481
2. Find you nearest Officeworks store and photocopy your documents and then fax it from Officeworks to us. All Officeworks stores offer a copy and fax service. You can find your nearest location here www.officeworks.com.au/retail/content/Stores You must fax your documents to 0733197392 after you have copied them.
3. Find your nearest MBE store and photocopy your documents and then fax it from MBE to us. All MBE stores offer a copy and fax service.  You can find your nearest location here www.mbe.com.au  You must fax your document to 0733197392 after you have copied them.    
4. Copy and post your documents directly to us at PO Box 288, Byron Bay, NSW 2481 or fax them directly to us on 0733197392.
